FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM STAY: Hale Iki (1 bedroom) rents for $125.00 per night. ($175 per night the weeks of 12/15 - 1/15)

CLEANING: $100.00 non-refundable out-cleaning fee. (A $50 interim cleaning fee will be added to stays of 14 days or more.)

DEPOSIT: A $200 deposit will be required to hold your reservation. The deposit will be refunded 14 days after departure, less damage/replacement costs, if any.

TAX: 11.41% tax added to rental rate (4% excise and 7.41% transient accommodation)

PAYMENT: Cash, Check, Traveler's Check or Money Order. When I receive your deposit, I will also send you a confirmation email letter with the balance and due date and any other pertinent details. However, in order to finalize and confirm your reservation, I must receive payment in full no later than 60 days before your arrival date.

CANCELLATION: All fees received are non-refundable. If I rebook the house, I will refund all your money, minus a $50 processing fee.

We make every effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order and that the surrounding environment is as pleasing as possible. In the event of an equipment breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified of a problem. We cannot guarantee that televisions, appliances, etc. will not break down during your stay (especially with the unrelenting salt air) and therefore, no refunds or adjustments can be made for mechanical failure. We cannot take responsibility for any other unexpected situations beyond our control such as power outages, insects, roosters, weather, nearby construction and the like.
